What a wonderful afternoon!
Our Sun of Sound young musicians had the pleasure of returning to MorningStar Senior Living at River Oaks for another special concert.
This was our second time performing at MorningStar, following our first visit last December. It was so heartwarming to see how much the residents enjoyed the music. Their smiles, applause, and warm encouragement made the afternoon especially meaningful for all of our young performers.
Our students shared a beautiful variety of music, from classical piano favorites to our special closing violin performance.
We were also very happy to hear from the Director that they truly enjoyed our concert and would love to welcome us back again in the future.
For our young musicians, performing is not only about learning music and developing confidence on stage — it is also about learning how to share their talents, bring happiness to others, and give back to the community through music.
A big thank you to MorningStar Senior Living at River Oaks for welcoming us so warmly, and thank you to all of our wonderful performers and families for making this concert possible.
We look forward to coming back again and sharing many more beautiful musical moments together!
